YORK, ME -- David E. Brossman, 58, of 20 Betty Welch Rd., died on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012. He was born on Feb. 5, 1954, in Albany, N.Y., the son of the late Donald G. and Anne Eldred Brossman. He graduated Antioch College with a B.A. in Visual Art and was the founder of Job Placement Services/Saco Island School. He was also the founder and creative genius behind the Quixote Wind Project. He leaves two sons, Theo C. Brossman and Noah J. Brossman both of York. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30, at 'The Distant Drummer,' 80 Ocean Ave. Ext., York Beach. Parking will be available at the York Beach parking lot and a shuttle will be provided. Lucas & Eaton Funeral Home, 91 Long Sands Rd., York, assisted with arrangements.
